Our trays are carefully sealed with acrylic sealer to ensure their enduring beauty for years to come. While they are water-resistant, please note that they are not waterproof. We kindly encourage you to follow the care and protection instructions provided with each tray to maintain their quality.

Colour Variations: As each piece is handmade, slight colour variations and small bubbles may occur, adding to the charm and uniqueness of your set.

Shipping:
We use Royal Mail and Evri TRACKED for shipping, ensuring your order arrives safely within 2 to 4 days after processing. Please note that processing times typically range from 3 to 5 days, and during busier periods, this may be extended to 5 to 7 days.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placement for a smooth process. Disclaimer: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may not be processed, as your item may already be in production.
